On April 27, 2016, Bryan Tamburrino age 25 of Ansonia, CT, was arrested for 7 counts of Sales of Narcotics, 7 Counts of Possession of Narcotics and 7 Possession of Narcotics within 1,500 Feet of a School after the Fairfield Police Narcotics Unit launched a 3 month investigation into Tamburrino’s Cocaine selling operation.
During the investigation, Tamburrino met with and supplied Undercover Officers with quantities of Cocaine in exchange for Police funds on 6 separate occasions within close proximity to either a school and/or daycare.
Fairfield Police obtained search warrants for Tamburrino’s vehicle and residence at the conclusion of the investigation. Fairfield and Stratford Police stopped Tamburrino’s Audi SUV as he was driving it from his place of business, ASML in Wilton where he is employed as an analyst. A search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of Cocaine that was individually packaged for sale on the front passenger seat.
Tamburrino was taken into custody and charged. He was held on $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on 6/8/16.
This was a joint investigation by the Fairfield and Stratford Police.
