Toy DriveThis family friendly event has one simple goal; to make as many kids happy through the Holidays as possible.   To achieve this goal, as part of your entry fee, we ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy suitable for children between 1-16 years old.

All toys collected at the event are donated to the Fairfield Police Toy Drive who will distribute them to children in need in and around the Fairfield County area. Additional proceeds from the run will be donated to the Fairfield Police Union Scholarship Fund and Operation Warm through the Fairfield Fire Department, which provides brand new winter coats to children in need.

*Please bring a new unwrapped toy for kids 1 year to 16 years on race day as part of your entry commitment!*

The course through Fairfield is FLAT, fun, and easily doable even for the youngest runners. Last year our runners ranged from 6 to 84! In 2012 the “Girls on the Run” team made this their final event and brought in close to 40 girls aged 12 and under. If the conditions permit nearly half of a mile will be on a groomed, flat trail on part of a land trust. And our fees are family friendly- our race welcomes even the youngest runners.

Thanks for joining us and making a difference in our community- we will have plenty of food and hot fluids when you are done and a nice warm spot to relax in!
