On 1/18/2020 at approximately 2:01 PM, a report of another Burglary was received from a resident in the 100 block of Jackman Avenue. The resident reported that approximately one hour prior to their call, they heard a noise in their basement. The resident opened the basement door and observed an unknown male standing on the stairs.
