Records & Evidence

Police Reports and Property Records are available from the Fairfield Police Department Records Division.  Incident reports are only available in paper form at police headquarters for a nominal fee.  Accident reports however, may be available for purchase online (click here).  If you wish to obtain an a copy of an Incident Report, you must come to police headquarters.

Monday – Friday:  8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday:  8:00 AM – 3:30 PM  (Closed between 12PM-1PM) 

These hours are subject to change based upon the availability of personnel.  There are also some days when the Records Division is open until 5:30 PM.  Please call before you come in, to confirm the operating hours.

COST/FEES:

  • Basic Copies: $0.50 per page
  • Certified Copies: $1.50 for the 1st page and $0.50 for each subsequent page
  • Digital Media: $10.00 per USB/DVD
Cash, Check and Credit Card accepted on premise.
